Jeannie Penner-More Real Estate

Jeannie Penner- More has been involved in the Real Estate profession – including development and mortgage financing—for over two decades. Growing up in South Bay and having lived in Indian Wells, Rancho Palos Verdes, Torrance, Manhattan, Hermosa, and Redondo Beach, Jeannie found her area of expertise in the South Bay. Her passion for development has created projects ranging from San Pedro to West Los Angeles including many sites in Redondo Beach.

She began her career in 1989 with the well-renowned Russell Wade Real Estate where she specialized in residential Country Club sales. Jeannie became an exclusive agent for YSC America—a Japanese developer from Osaka—developing in the prestigious area of Indian Wells Country Club. In 1996 she joined Bayside Properties in Redondo Beach, soon becoming one of the top producing agents and creating a successful team. Jeannie has had the honor of working as a sales associate with Scott Anastasi Real Estate, Keller Williams Realty, Peninsula Sotheby’s International, Vista Sotheby’s, and now eReal Estate Corporation.

Additionally, community service has been her enduring passion. As a member of the Redondo Beach Chamber of Commerce, she became involved with multiple organizations including Sister Cities, Redondo Beach Ed Foundation, and currently holding the office of Commissioner for the Redondo Beach Preservation Commission. But closest to her heart is being the founding corporate sponsor for The Roaring 90’s Club which honors and celebrates our seniors.
